PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide connection hardware capable of bringing predetermined tensile yield strength to a column being an object in a small construction space simply and efficiently, and fixing a sill on a concrete foundation securely by using the same connection hardware. SOLUTION: This connection hardware is provided with a plate 10 having an adhesive face 10a fixed on the concrete foundation E and a bent fixture 20 having an inverted L-shape. When the plate 10 is stuck on the concrete foundation E, a leg 21 of the bent fixture 20 is erected along a side of the sill F on the concrete foundation E, and an arm 22 protrudes above the sill F. A washer faced bolt 40 inserted from below a hole 23 provided in the arm 22 is tightened on a hold-down fastener B provided on the column G to connect the concrete foundation E with the column G through the sill F.
