PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more practical abnormality detecting method and an abnormality detection device for implementing the abnormality detecting method. SOLUTION: Target time-series data is acquired, and a distance of each sample of the acquired target time-series data is calculated on the basis of standard time-series data. Influence is calculated by dividing the distance of each sample by the total distance, and when the influence exceeds a prescribed threshold, a warning is displayed.
