<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paternoster tackle for fishing which is capable of carrying out the delicate attraction as if a bait lives without receiving the influence of a sinker load, and capable of regulating hooking according to the kind and activity of fish. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The paternoster tackle is obtained by arranging a ring member 6 (first regulating means) having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of a ring-shaped part 5 at the fishhook side of the ring-shaped part 5 on a fishline 11 in a state in which the fishline 11 is passed through the ring-shaped parts 3 and 5 at both terminals of a paternoster 21. When the tackle is pulled in a direction indicated by a mark 22 (fishing rod direction), the paternoster 4 is bent without receiving the sinker load to enable the attraction as if the fishhook (bait) moves. Preferably, the bent distance of the paternoster 4 can be regulated by allowing the fixed arrangement of the ring member 6 to be freely regulated by arranging a float-fixing rubber 10 (second regulating means) movable to the fishhook side of the ring member 6.
