PURPOSE: A muffler for an air conditioner is provided to improve the stiffness of the muffler and simplify manufacturing processes by integrating a micro pipe and an inflation pipe through a drawing forging method. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a compressor, and a muffler. The compressor compresses refrigerant at the high pressure. The muffler is installed at a discharge pipe of the compressor to reduce noise and the vibration generated by the operation of the compressor. The muffler(30) for an air conditioner is integrated with a micro pipe and an inflation pipe through a drawing forging method. The micro pipe(31) is branched from the discharging pipe of the compressor and a channel connected to the inside of the discharging pipe is formed at the center of the micro pipe. The inflation pipe(32) is formed at the end of the micro pipe and an extended space connected to the channel is formed inside the inflation pipe.
