PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user discriminate a difference of a merchandise code input system, by display of a merchandise sales data registration-processed based on the merchandise code. SOLUTION: This merchandise sales data processor is provided with a barcode scanner 3 and a radio tag reader 4, and a POS control part 1 determines which the input merchandise code is a code read by the barcode scanner 3 or a code read by the radio tag reader 4, displays the merchandise sales data obtained from the merchandise codes read respectively therefrom, discriminatingly on display parts 6, 7, counts respectively the first points obtained the merchandise code read by the barcode scanner 3, and the second points obtained from the merchandise code read by the radio tag reader 4, separately in every merchandise article, and discriminatingly displays the first point and the second point in every merchandise article.
