<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical reflection element for use in, for example, a laser scan unit for a laser printer or an electrophotographic apparatus, which provides a small laser scan unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical reflection element comprises a support 1, a first support part 2 with one end supported on the support 1, a tuning fork oscillator 6 having a first arm 3 and a second arm 4 supported on the other end of the first support part 2, a second support part 11 with one end supported on the oscillation center of the tuning fork oscillator 6, and a mirror part 12 supported on the other end of the second support part 11.
