<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition having a solid formulation form suitably usable as a supplement for supplementarily supplying functional ingredients into bodies, and to provide a food composition having particularly beauty culture effects such as moisture retention, anti-aging effects, anti-inflammatory effects, or anti-allergic effects. <P>SOLUTION: A mixture of (1) a processed material of a peanut seed coat, and (2) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of (a) glucosamine or a salt thereof, and (b) chondroitin sulfate is used as an active ingredient of the food composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
