<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive angle applying device 11 with a simple constitution, can apply an angle to a web W on a horizontal surface in a carrying passage of the web W. <P>SOLUTION: This angle applying device 11 has at least one roller 12a and 12b freely movable in at least the vertical direction in the carrying passage of the web W.
