<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device of an opening/closing body for a vehicle suitably adaptable to the user who opens the opening/closing body and immediately tries to close the opening/closing body and manufacturable at suppressed cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this lock device 1, a prematurely returning mechanism 20 returns a pole 12 after swinging in a forward passage in which a selector lever 51 is swung to a set angleα, and prevents the return of the selector lever 51 from being obstructed by the pole 12 in a return passage in which the selector lever 51 is returned to the initial position. The prematurely returning mechanism 20 comprises: a transmission lever 30 installed rotatably about a swing shaft 91a and swinging the pole 12; a joint member 60 installed on the swing shaft 91a rotatably together with the transmission lever 30 and swingable integrally with the transmission lever 30 in the forward passage direction G and swingable in the return passage direction R independently of the transmission lever 30; and a contact part 70 installed on the selector lever 51 and temporarily brought into contact with the joint member 60 in both the forward passage and the return passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
