PURPOSE: A waste putting device of an automatic waste collecting apparatus is provided to minimize the bad smell generated in a waste collecting space from being discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A waste putting device of an automatic waste collecting apparatus includes a waste input port(1) formed in the front of the upper part, a decelerating motor(5) and a driving gear(7) which are mounted in the rear of the waste input port, a driving pin(11) which is attached to the end of a support plate(9) attached to the driving gear, an S-shaped rotator(12) which is installed in a shaft(15) in the front of the driving gear, in which an input port cover(13) is formed at one side and a waste bag holder(14) is formed at the other side, and a connecting plate(18) having a guide hole(17), which is formed in the upper part of the shaft. The driving pin(11) is inserted in the guide hole.
