摘要

PURPOSE: A diesel engine with an ignition unit is provided to prevent a starting failure of an engine in a low temperature condition without using a preheating plug and a block heater. CONSTITUTION: A diesel engine comprises a cylinder head(14) located apart from a fuel injection nozzle(16), and an ignition unit(18) which is installed toward the inside of the cylinder to induce ignition of fuel injected into the cylinder through the fuel injection nozzle in initial start.
