PURPOSE: Loess bio-ceramic panels and a method for fabricating the same are provided using loess so the loess bio-ceramic panels do not contaminate environment when destroyed. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating loess bio-ceramic panels comprises the following steps of: drying loess(S10); pulverizing the dried loess(S20); mixing an alkaline reinforcing agent, acidic additive, natural resin, and water in the loess in order to obtain a loess mixture(S30); injecting the loess mixture into a mold so as to mold it into loess panels(S40); and drying the loess panels(S50).
