摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably achieve a high speed for recording. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk device is provided with: a semiconductor laser 41; a recording pulse timing generation circuit 34 for generating a recording timing signal; laser current setting circuits 31 to 33 for setting the magnitude of a laser current; a switch circuit 36 for switching the magnitude of a laser current according to the recording timing signal; a pulse correction signal generation circuit 37 for generating a pulse correction signal to correct response characteristics of a recording pulse; a synthesis circuit 38 for synthesizing a plurality of signals and the pulse correction signal to determine the magnitude of a laser current obtained as a switching result of the switch circuit 36; and a driving circuit 40 for supplying a laser current to the semiconductor laser corresponding to the synthesis result of the synthesis circuit. The pulse correction signal generation circuit 37 extracts a high-frequency component from a signal obtained as the switching result of the switch circuit 36 and a signal generated by the synthesis circuit, and at least one of the frequency and the signal gain is switched according to recording pulse conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
