PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented laminated film that has less haze and stretch irregularities of the film, that has superior optical characteristics, and that is suitably used for various types of films in which uniformity of optical characteristics is required. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented laminated film is composed of at least two layers and is characterized in that the layer constituting at least one surface layer is composed of polyester having a limiting viscosity≥0.65 and that a polyester layer having a limiting viscosity number less than that of the surface layer is adjacent to the surface layer.
