<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service plug capable of limiting backlash of components with a smaller number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A service plug 1 constitutes a power supply circuit breaking device for turning a power supply circuit on/off with mating or demating with a counterpart connector. The plug 1 comprises: a terminal 7 connected with a counterpart terminal; a housing 4 having internal spaces 42, 43 in which the terminal 7 is accommodated; a first cover 6 for preventing the terminal 7 from coming out from an opening 44 by closing the opening 44 communicating with an external space located on one ends of the internal spaces 42, 43; a second cover 5 mounted on a housing 4, covering the first cover 6; and a packing 8 having a ring-shaped portion 81 being placed surrounding the opening 44 and being in close contact with the housing 4 and the second cover 5 and at least one projection portion 82 projected toward a center of the opening 44 from the ring-shaped portion 81 and sandwiched between the first cover 6 and the second cover 5.
