<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost and to further improve quality regarding a motor controller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first nickel-plated bus bar 133 and a second tin-plated bus bar 134 are provided at a negative electrode bus bar unit 125. A terminal 82b of a power circuit 82 of a power substrate 78 is connected to the first bus bar 133 by wire bonding. Second terminals 132 of capacitors 85, 85 are connected to the second bus bar 134 by resistance wielding. The mutual facing surfaces 146, 147 of first and second bus bars 133, 134 are connected to each other. Partial surface treatment on the surfaces of respective bus bars 133, 134 is not required.
