<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep constant output power from an antenna end at all time with respect to a temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transmitter for power-amplifying signals output from an oscillator 10, outputting them via a directional coupler 12 to an antenna 15, feeding back the signals of the directional coupler 12 and controlling the level of signals output from the oscillator 10, has a π type attenuator 13 including a thermistor in a feedback path from the directional coupler 12. The attenuator 13 has a first thermistor between one end and the other end, a second thermistor between one end and the ground, and a third terminator between the other end and the ground.
