PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dendrimer compound for inhibiting influenza neuraminidase activity. SOLUTION: The thiosialooligosaccharide binding dendrimer compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein E<SP>1</SP>and E<SP>2</SP>are each any of carbon, silicon and germanium and are mutually the same or different; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each the same or different hydrocarbon group; R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>are each the same or different hydrocarbon chain which may contain oxygen, nitrogen and/or a carbonyl group; Y is a thiosialooligosaccharide residue or another substituent group and at least one is a thiosialooligosaccharide residue; l is an integer of 0-2; m is an integer of 0-2; k is a number of 0 or 1; and when k is 0, 3-m is 1), its pharmacologically acceptable salt or their hydrates are also provided.
