PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a set of peripheral equipment within a wirelessly connectable range. SOLUTION: As wireless communication equipment which associates with a plurality of sets of peripheral equipment 200A to 200D present in a prescribed range through wireless communication, a digital camera 100 includes: equipment information storage section for storing a peripheral equipment ID regarding associated peripheral equipment; and a CPU that determines, on the basis of the stored peripheral equipment ID, whether the peripheral equipment has already associated or not, stores the obtained peripheral equipment ID in association with associated images 117B1-117B4 if the peripheral equipment has not been associated yet, displays the associated images being stored in the storage means in association with the obtained peripheral equipment ID if the peripheral equipment has been associated already, and performs processing for connecting with corresponding peripheral equipment in response to the selection of the displayed images.
