PRINTING PASTE COMPOSITION FOR ELECTRODE OF SOLAR CELL AND ELECTRODE FORMING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrode paste composition for solar cell is provided to minimize bending of silicon wafer generated after plastic process. CONSTITUTION: An electrode paste composition (11) for solar cell comprise: 18-38 weight% of vehicle containing a binder resin and solvent; 60-80 weight% of silver hybride complex of a silver micro particle and silver nano particle; 1-5 weight% of glass frit; and 1-5 weight% of additive. A method for forming the electrode for solar cell comprise: a step of printing the paste composition on a silicon wafer (10) in 10-30 um; a step of drying the printed silicon wafer at 205~300 °C; and a step of heating electrode forming film at 650~900°C for 5 to 20 seconds to form the electrode (13).
