<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, displaying weather information in a blank area in a map of a bird's-eye view display without giving incompatibility to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A trapezoidal part in a plane map is extracted with reference to a driver's own vehicle position 21 to create the map of a bird's-eye view display designated by a reference numeral 50. Subsequently, in an image of a cloud, an image inside a trapezoid corresponding to clouds in the sky at the same place as the trapezoid place of the plane map is extracted to create a cloud image of a bird's-eye view display designated by a reference numeral 60.
