PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic protection circuit without hindering a normal operation of a load. SOLUTION: This electrostatic protection circuit includes: a first wiring configured to input high power potential thereto; a second wiring configured to input low power potential thereto; a comparing circuit configured to output a signal corresponding to the potential of the first wiring and the potential of the second wiring; a first switch having a first terminal electrically connected to the first wiring and on-off controlled by a signal; a second switch having a first terminal electrically connected to the second wiring and on-off controlled by a signal; and a capacitive element having one-side electrode and the other-side electrode electrically connected to a second terminal of the first switch and a second terminal of the second switch, respectively.
