<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse cubic crystal phase material or a reverse hexagonal crystal phase material, which brings a wide range of various materials including those liable to physically, chemically or biologically deteriorate into solubilizing materials, or is used for a coated particle suitable for containing them. <P>SOLUTION: The reverse cubic crystal phase material or reverse hexagonal crystal phase material, comprises water, glycerol or a mixture of water with glycerol, an anesthetic and a surfactant selected from the group consisting of fluorine based surfactants, BRIJ type surfactants, TRITON type surfactants, polymer chain-having surfactants, peptide based surfactants, isoprenoids, plasminogens, cerebrosides, sulfatides, gangliosides, cyclopentane-triol lipids, dimethylamino propane lipids, lysolipids, lysolecithins, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, zwitterionic or semipolar surfactants, benzalkonium chloride, sodium deoxycholate, myristyl chloride-γ-picolinium, polyoxyl 35 castor oil, sorbitan monopalmitate and sodium 2-ethylhexanoate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
