PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of having risk of conventionally falling off a rotary blade, requiring labor by manual work for finishing a fitting part of its rotary blade, hindering standardization due to requiring sliding fitting of its fitting part each time when replacing the rotary blade, having risk of causing contamination in powder, and being unable to provide an excellent structure in response to the presence of looseness between a hollow cylinder and a casing for passing purge gas for preventing the powder from entering a microscopic clearance arranged for rotating the hollow cylinder. SOLUTION: This scraper device includes a casing integrally connected under a conical cone formed in a lower part of a hopper, and includes the hollow cylinder rotatingly driven via the microscopic clearance on an inner surface of its casing, and includes detachably the lower end of the rotary blade in a part of its hollow cylinder. A swelling part is formed on an inner surface of the hollow cylinder, and a hole part in the vertical direction is formed in its swelling part, and an insertion part formed on the lower end of the rotary blade, is fitted in its hole part.
