<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower an apparatus temperature by monitoring a dynamic state of the apparatus about the apparatus provided with a radiating part and predicting that the apparatus comes into contact with a human body to enhance a cooling function. <P>SOLUTION: The contact of the apparatus (PC 2) provided with a radiating part (CPU 4) with a human body is obtained as a dynamic state, such as vibrations and inclination which occur in the apparatus. When the dynamic state is detected to find the occurrence of the dynamic state equal to or more than a threshold, a cooling level is increased to enhance a radiation effect and reduce thermal influence applied to the human body from the apparatus if the apparatus is at cooling start or during cooling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
