<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce manufacturing cost when manufacturing a plurality of types of variable capacity type turbo chargers 1 which are different in maximum capacity by enhancing versatility of nozzle vanes 37 while sufficiently reducing non-smooth movement of the nozzle vanes 37. <P>SOLUTION: Ring side fitting holes 43 as many as the nozzle vanes 37 are formed in a shroud ring 31 to be equally spaced along a circumferential direction, vane side fitting holes 45 can match with ring side fitting holes 43 corresponding to front end faces of respective nozzle vanes 37 are formed concentrically with a vane shaft 39.
