PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which intervention based on player's operation is performed to an auxiliary game related to a variable display game to provide various displays in accordance with player's operation for increasing amusement effect, and enable all the players to equally enjoy playing because there is no variety in results of the variable display game depending on the skill of the players since the player's operation has no direct effects on the production of results of the variable display game. SOLUTION: The game machine includes the variable display device, and in a case where the result of the variable display game is a special display result, the game state is set to a special game state that is advantageous to the player. A control device is composed of a game control device to control the progress of games, and a display control device to control the variable display device. The display control device is capable of carrying out control to display the auxiliary game related to the variable display game on the variable display device. An operation means is provided for intervening in the auxiliary game based on player's operation, and input signals from the operation means are inputted to the display control device only.
