PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic lens, appearance defects thereof due to a mixture of air bubbles generated on manufacture are reduced. SOLUTION: The plastic lens 1 molded by injecting resins into a molding die through a gate part connected to the molding die includes: an effective diameter portion 2 having an optical surface; and a non-effective diameter portion 3 molded to a ring-shape along the outer circumference of the effective diameter part 2. At a position opposite to the gate part across the optical axis in the non-effective diameter portion 3, inclined portions 4 inclined to the optical axis are molded. Accordingly, even if the air bubbles 7 exist in the non-effective diameter portion 3 with the inclined portions 4 molded, the air bubbles 7 are hardly viewed, viewing the plastic lens 1 from the side where the inclined portions 4 are molded.
