<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in television reception sensitivity due to a noise signal caused by a noise signal source in a portable device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A noise canceler includes: a pickup antenna 133 which extracts the noise signal output from the noise occurrence source in the mobile device 101, and a noise canceling unit 137 which is supplied with a signal from a television receiving antenna 117 at one input, and also supplied with the noise signal from the pickup antenna 133 at the other input, and the noise canceling unit 137 cancels the noise signal reaching the television receiving antenna 117.
