PURPOSE: A bottle cap is provided to confirm an opening state of a bottle continuously through an exposed part which is not restored to an original location. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap includes a sealing cap, an inner cap, a middle cap, and an outer cap. The sealing cap is screwed on the bottle. The inner cap is inserted into an inner side of the sealing cap. The middle cap is inserted into an inner side of the inner cap. The middle cap is inserted into the outer cap. The middle cap includes a lower middle cap(126), an upper middle cap(122), and a separation part. The upper middle cap is fixed on the outer cap. The separation part connects and separates the lower middle cap and the upper middle cap.
