<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean small parts put in a cleaning basket. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a cleaning chamber 31, a vibration plate 32 is disposed. The cleaning basket 53 is provided at the center of the vibration plate, and a fluid supply nozzle 47 for the cleaning basket for jetting a cleaning fluid to the cleaning basket 53 is disposed to the cleaning basket 53. A plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 45 are attached in the radiation direction of concentric circles on the lower surface of the vibration plate 32, and one of them is disposed under the cleaning basket 53. When cleaning an endoscope, the cleaning fluid is jetted from the fluid supply nozzle 47 for the cleaning basket to the small parts, also the ultrasonic vibrators 45 are driven to eject the cleaning fluid with ultrasonic waves, and the ultrasonic cleaning of simultaneously cleaning the endoscope and the small parts is executed in the order.
