摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting a plurality of tricosene molecular species having different modification groups of side chains to one kind of trichothecene molecular species having high activity with antibody in order to efficiently and accurately carry out immunological determination using a trichothecene-based toxin antibody in a sample. SOLUTION: The method for acetylating deoxynivalenol-based trichothecene includes bringing deoxynivalenol-based trichothecene or a sample containing the same into contact with a cell of a fungus belonging to the genus Fusarium, in which trichothecene biosynthetic genes Tri5 and Tri8 are disrupted.
