PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide titanium copper having improved dimensional stability. SOLUTION: In the copper alloy having a composition comprising, by atom, 2.5 to 5.5% Ti, 0.1 to 0.4% in total of one or more selected from Fe and Hf, 0 to 0.20% one or more selected from Cr, Ni and Si, and the balance copper with inevitable impurities, the segregation ratio S of Ti defined by formula: S(%)=(Cmax-Cav)/Cav×100 is≤10% (wherein, Cav is the average value of the Ti concentration when the perpendicular cross-section is line-analyzed to the sheet thickness direction by EPMA; and Cmax is the maximum value of the Ti concentration when the perpendicular cross-section is line-analyzed to the sheet thickness direction by EPMA).
