<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator grill mounting structure which can easily be mounted by positioning a radiator grill at a predetermined mounting position in a vehicle-body widthwise direction with respect to a recessed mounting part on a bumper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the radiator grill mounting structure, a plurality of locking protrusions 20 are formed on the bumper 11 having a recessed mounting part 14 with space above it being thrown open, and on either of the opposite side edges of the radiator grill extending in the vehicle-body widthwise direction. At the other edge of the opposite side edges are formed a plurality of insertion openings 16 into which the respective locking protrusions 20 can be inserted. At the opening side edges of the respective insertion openings 16 are formed elastomerically deformable engaging strips 17 that are brought to be engaged with the locking protrusions 20. Of the plurality of the locking protrusions 20, both the sides of the chip end of each locking protrusion 20, at a pair of the symmetric positions in the vehicle-body widthwise direction at the chip end side portion of the locking protrusion 20, are protrudingly provided with a guide section 22 with inclined guide surfaces 22a which guide and cause the radiator grill to be moved to the predetermined mounting positions in the vehicle-body widthwise direction with respect to the bumper 11, by engaging with the opening edge 16a of the insertion openings 16.
