<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire can turn a lighting tool in a simple structure and stop at an optional angle and reduce the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: Turning of a light 22 can be stopped at an optional angle against an arm 23, because a first elastomer 35 for generating biasing force in order to generate frictional force is arranged on a turning section 30 turnably connecting the arm 23 and the light 22.
