<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated optical film manufacturing method and a laminated optical film for displaying a uniform screen image of a liquid crystal display device by ensuring a high contrast ratio when the screen is viewed from oblique directions, and to provide a polarizer and a liquid crystal display device therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated optical film manufacturing method includes steps of: (α) laminating a cyclic olefin resin (A) and a vinyl aromatic resin (B) by coextrusion to deposit a film; (β) drawing the coextrusion film to produce a laminated drawn film (C); and (γ) laminating the laminated drawn film (C) on a transparent resin film (D) to produce the laminated optical film (E).
