<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image processing method, three-dimensional image processing device, and three-dimensional image processing program that do not require expensive or special devices, or difficult measuring conditions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this three-dimensional image processing method or three-dimensional image processing device, data indicating the normal direction of each part of the surface of a target object is acquired, based on image information acquired by projecting light to the target object and photographing the target object, and the surface attribute of the target object is estimated by using this data. In the present invention, a plurality of characteristic points are determined on the target object, and data of the normal direction of the characteristics points is acquired from a plurality of pieces of two-dimensional image information of different photographic angles that includes the characteristic points.
