<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting device in which a synchronizer ring can be reliably separated from a cone face of a gear piece. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This power transmitting device 1 is provided with a spring 40 engaged with both of a clutch hub 20 and a synchronizer ring 10, and extending along a circumferential direction of the synchronizer ring 10.
