PURPOSE: A system and a method for diagnosis using a capsule endoscope and a recording medium with a program for executing the method are provided to recue a diagnosis time by performing preparatory analysis of the uploaded body information from a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic system includes a capsule endoscope, a receiver(300), and a workstation(400). The capsule endoscope collects the body information. The receiver receives and stores the body information provided from the capsule endoscope. The workstation includes a data communication unit(410), a data analysis unit(430), an alarm(440), and a controller(450). The data communication unit receives and stores the body information provided from the receiver. The data analysis unit generates the analysis data by analyzing the body information stored in a storage. The alarm informs the diagnosis information including the analysis data.
