PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective sheet having a damage prevention layer from which a polymer bead hardly falls and having an enhanced damage prevention effect on a light transmission plate etc. SOLUTION: The reflective sheet 10 has the damage prevention layer 30 including a binder resin 32 and the polymer beads 34 formed on at least one surface of a reflective sheet base 20. The polymer beads 34 have a volume average particle diameter of 2 to 20μm, a maximum value of a particle size distribution of not larger than 2.5 times as large as the volume average particle diameter, and the polymer bead 34 having the largest particle diameter among the polymer beads 34 has a burying ratio of 60 to 95% with respect to the binder resin layer 30.
