<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device easy to reduce a manufacturing cost and easy to make the device with desired performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laser light source device 50 is structured to comprise: semiconductor laser 20 carried in a holder 10; and optical elements 40a and 40b carried in a base 30. The holder is equipped with: a first through-hole 3 into which the semiconductor laser is inserted and fixed; an inner peripheral protrusion 5 for surrounding one end of the first through-hole; and an outer peripheral protrusion divided into three or more segments via three or more notches and surrounding the inner peripheral protrusion. The base is equipped with a second through-hole 23 into which the optical elements are inserted and fixed and an upper surface 30a brought into tight contact with the upper surface of the inner peripheral protrusion. The first through-hole and the second through-hole are made to communicate with each other. The upper surface of the inner peripheral protrusion and the upper surface of the base are brought into tight contact with each other. Thus the holder and the base are bonded to each other with a first adhesive 43 poured into an aperture between the inner peripheral protrusion and the outer peripheral protrusion.
