<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens assembly which maintains adhesive strength of an adhesion fixation region even in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, and an image capturing device with the lens assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first screw 101 is formed on a lens frame 10, a second screw 1001 is formed on a lens holder, and both the screws are threadably engaged with each other to fit the lens holder 100 around the lens frame 10. Further, a clamping mechanism is not provided on an outer wall of the lens holder 100, but the adhesion fixation region AH is provided between the lens holder 100 and lens frame 10, and an adhesive is applied to achieve adhesion fixation. Furthermore, O rings 16 and 17 are arranged at both ends of the adhesion fixation region AH to stop water from entering the adhesion fixation region AH from outside, and thus the adhesive strength is prevented from decreasing to prevent the screws from being loosened due to a decrease in adhesive strength.
