The invention relates to a method for producing an individualized orthodontic apparatus (1), comprising bracket (12), attached to the teeth (13) of a dental arch of a patient, and an orthodontic arch wire (11). Each bracket (12) is attached on a surface of a tooth (13) of the dental arch by a base (121) of said bracket, and the orthodontic arch wire (11) is attached to said brackets in a cavity (123) for a bolt (122) of each bracket. The bracket is produced from a blank (50) comprising at least two spaces (51, 52), one space representing a base-housing space and another space representing a bolt-housing space.
