PURPOSE: A water wheel turbine for tidal power generation is provided to improve generation efficiency by rotating in a specific direction all the time even when the direction of tidal flow in each tidal channel varies. CONSTITUTION: A water wheel turbine for tidal power generation comprises a front power generation body, a rear power generation body, a rotator, and rotation propulsion blades. The front power generation body is fixed to the central part of a front support beam installed on the front side of a tidal channel(110) formed in a weight structure(100), and embedded with a generator. The rear power generation body is fixed to the central part of a rear support beam fixed on the rear side the tidal channel of the weight structure, and embedded with a generator. The rotator is interposed to rotate between the front and rear power generation bodies, and transmits torque to the generators. The rotation propulsion blades are connected to the exterior side of the rotator. |
