PURPOSE: A method for a service which classifies and processes messages of a mobile communication system and a system thereof are provided to store received messages to which identifiers are given in corresponding message boxes automatically. CONSTITUTION: A method for a service which classifies and processes messages of a mobile communication system comprises the following steps of: giving a message box identifier to message data which a message transmission server will transmits; transmitting the message data to a corresponding mobile terminal; extracting the message box identifier from the received message data(S23); and storing the message data in a message box corresponding to the identifier(S26).
