PURPOSE: A stapler with a paper arranging guide is provided to gather and arrange papers to find an apt stapling point at an edge of the paper. CONSTITUTION: A stapler comprises a supporting part on which a work piece is placed. A paper arranging guide(100) is mounted on the supporting part and guides papers to be gathered and to make an iron core punch on the same location on the all papers. The paper arranging guide has a protrusion protruding from the supporting part and contacting one side of the papers. The angle of the protrusion has π/2(n=1,2,3,4).
