PURPOSE: A prefabricated heat treatment device thermal process is provided to reduce transport cost of a work piece by moving an assembly panel. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated heat treatment device thermal process comprises an assembly panel(100) and a supporting member(130). The assembly panel is formed shape of the adiabatic material and combined in one side of a steel plate. The supporting member includes lots of the base apertures and is formed in four sides of the steel plate frontal surface of the assembly panel. The assembly panel is combined each other with connecting bolts and connecting nuts to become a cube.
