PURPOSE: A convection apparatus and a cooker with the same are provided to install a convection heater simply without a separate heater bracket. CONSTITUTION: A convection apparatus comprises an inner cover(110) which forms a convection chamber, an outer cover(120) which shields the inner cover, a convection heater(130) which is attached to the inner and outer covers as at least one end successively passes through the inner and outer covers within the convection chamber, and a stopper(119) which prevents the movement of the convection heater in the direction which passes through the inner and outer covers.
