A drain probe has flexible rods 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 fixed firmly to a handle 6. It operates by manipulating the rods by hand through separate segments of a plug hole grill, down into and over the drainage trap flange until it hits the bottom of trap. This will brake down and loosen sedimentary deposits built up at the base of trap, thus unblocking bottom end blockage. The rods 1-5 may be of variable length, and formed from spring steel. |
