PURPOSE: An EVA coating sheet without static electricity and frictional sound is provided to prevent static electricity and frictional sound not only from the outer cloth but also the inner cloth of a chair. CONSTITUTION: An EVA coating sheet without static electricity and frictional sound comprises the following units. An EVA catapult(20) is located in front of a non-woven fabric roll(10) wound on a roller shaft(12). A coating roller(22) is placed on a backing roller(24). A dryer(26) hardens the coated EVA. The dried EVA coating sheet is wound on a roll. The coating sheet is heated by a heat-collecting plate and passes through an embossing roller supported by an auxiliary embossing roller. The finished product prevents friction and static electricity.
